EMERSON PRESCHOOL
Emerson Preschool is a licensed, fee-based preschool housed within Discovery Center that provides year-round comprehensive developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. Emerson Preschool currently enrolls children ages 2 to 5. The highly qualified administrative and instructional staff utilizes best practices for enhancing literacy skills in 3-5 year olds. Classrooms provide an environment that encourages children to express themselves through language, art, movement, music, dramatic play, and social interaction.
The main goals of the program are to help young children:
- feel good about themselves and others
- become self-motivated learners
- gain firm positive attitudes for future learning
