MakerSpace Mania
June 3-7
Drop off begins at 7:30 am; Camp hours are 8 am until 12 pm
Grades 1-4
Henderson Ward Stewart Elementary School
About the camp: A space and a camp for excellence! MakerSpace Camp is a place to create, craft, tinker, explore, build, and learn in a fun, hands-on way! 1st and 2nd graders will be designing bridges and 3rd and 4th grades will have fun engineering the perfect bubble wand! Come join us for a fun, exciting summer camp adventure!
Spark Art & Music Camp
June 25-27
Drop off begins at 7:30 am; Camp hours are 8 am until 12 pm
Grades 4-5

About the camp: Excellence in art! Spark Art Camp will celebrate the history of Mississippi using the ARTS incorporating dance theatre, music, and visual art. Camp curriculum will incorporate the birthplace of America’s music, the state’s heritage, and multicultural influences. Campers will also perform at the end of the camp.

About the camp: Looking for an out of this world learning experience! Our Space Camp is the next best thing to space travel! Students will become immersed in the exploration of our galaxy and beyond. Activities include indoor star labs, rocket building, planet creation, life as an astronaut, and even an outer space treasure hunt!
Grade levels are for students currently enrolled in those grades for 2018-19 school year. For example, students who are currently enrolled in 4th grade would be eligible to attend Space Camp.
