SOCSD Announces Centralized and Online Registration for 2016-17 School Year

By Nicole Thomas

The Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District will be implementing online registration and centralized residency verification, teacher assignment and schedule pick-up for the 2016-17 school year.  That means parents no longer have to complete that very lengthy registration form every year for every child in their family.  It also means when it is time to provide your two proofs of residency verification, you only have to do it once at one location.

July 14 -15 and July 18-20 – Online & District-Wide Centralized Registration for Residency Verification, Teacher Assignment, & Schedule Pick-Up at Sudduth Elementary School

For the first time ever, SOCSD will offer parents the convenience of one stop for student schedules, teacher assignments, and residency verification for all of their children.

The physical education facility at Sudduth Elementary will be the site for our centralized registration process.  The computer lab will also be open for parents who have questions about the online registration form or do not have access to the online form at home.

Each school will have designated tables for teacher assignments and schedule pick-up.  Parents will only stand in line once to verify residency.
