Starkville High School Principal David Baggett, Athletic Directors Stan Miller and Milton Smith, and Coach Ricky Woods invite the entire Jacket Nation to fill the stands on Friday night as we host Oxford for The Little Egg Bowl in a nationally televised game on ESPNU. We want an electric atmosphere at Yellow Jacket Stadium.
The main entrance onto Victory Lane from Yellow Jacket Drive is closed due to a bridge project, but SHS has three other access points to parking areas around the stadium: The White House on Yellow Jacket Drive, located adjacent to SHS; the West Entrance at Millsaps on Louisville Street; and the South Entrance on Lynn Lane.
This is a HUGE game, and a record crowd is expected. Kickoff isn’t until 8 pm – so plan a tailgate with your friends and family and come out early to avoid the traffic.
