Congratulations to Joy Carino who has advanced to the 3rd round of the Region 2 finals of Poetry Out Loud in Washington D.C. and was selected as one of the top 8 from the Region. Joy is a sophomore at SHS and she is representing Mississippi with a lot of #StarkvilleSpark at the National Poetry Out Loud contest in Washington, D.C. Way to go, Joy! We are so proud of you!
