Dear Starkville High School Parents,
As we rapidly approach the end of first semester, we have begun to prepare for our second semester of learning which begins in January.
While SHS has worked to adjust schedules for students throughout first semester, we are reevaluating and restructuring our learning plan for virtual instruction for Spring 2021 based on teacher, student and parent experiences during the fall semester.
Please review the options below for the the Spring 2021 semester and select your preferred learning option for your child and complete the appropriate form if required.
- Traditional Fall 2020 to Traditional Spring 2021: If your child is currently enrolled as a traditional student and you would like for your child to remain a traditional student for the Spring 2021 semester, you're all set! PLEASE DO NOT complete an online form.
- Virtual Fall 2020 to Traditional Spring 2021: If your child is currently enrolled as a virtual student and you would like for your child to transition to a traditional, in-person learning environment for the Spring 2021 semester, please complete and submit the online form at the link: Virtual Fall 2020 to Traditional Spring 2021
The deadline to complete and submit this learning request for your student for the Spring 2021 semester is Friday, December 11.
